Introduction

RiggedWheel is a website that provides access to its content without advertisements or banners in exchange for a fee. By accessing or using RiggedWheel, you must agree to these Terms of Service and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with the Terms of Service, please do not use RiggedWheel.

Intended Use

RiggedWheel is designed and intended for social use with friends and family. By using this Website, you explicitly agree that you will only use RiggedWheel in social settings with friends or family members present. Solo use is discouraged and not aligned with the intended purpose of our service. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who we believe are not using the service as intended.

Payment and Billing

To access RiggedWheel without ads or banners, you must pay a fee as set forth on the Website. We use Stripe for payment processing and your use of RiggedWheel is subject to their terms and conditions (available at https://stripe.com/us/terms). By providing your payment information, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your RiggedWheel usage. RiggedWheel reserves the right to change its fees and charges at any time, with any changes taking effect immediately on the Website.

User Conduct

You agree to use RiggedWheel only for lawful purposes, in social settings with friends, and not in a way that infringes the rights of, restricts, or inhibits anyone else's use and enjoyment of RiggedWheel. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using RiggedWheel in any way that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or interfere with any other party's use of RiggedWheel
• Using any automated system (including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers") to access RiggedWheel in a way that sends more request messages to the RiggedWheel servers than a human could reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional online web browser
• Reverse engineering or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of RiggedWheel or any part thereof, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law
• Using RiggedWheel for any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate activities that could cause distress to others
• Using RiggedWheel in isolation or for purposes other than social entertainment with friends or family members

Intellectual Property

The content of RiggedWheel, including (but not limited to) text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of RiggedWheel or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from RiggedWheel.

Boss Package Terms

Before the purchase of the Boss package, the user must comply with the following:

• The code is the seller's property, and the buyer may not resell or distribute it
• All sales are final, and no refunds are possible
• The buyer is responsible for ensuring the code is compatible with their website platform and any modifications needed to integrate it

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

RiggedWheel is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. RiggedWheel makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Website's operation or the information, content, materials, or products included on RiggedWheel.

You expressly understand and agree that your use of RiggedWheel is at your sole risk. Under no circumstances shall RiggedWheel be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to:

• Your use or inability to use the Website
• Any decisions or actions made based on results generated by RiggedWheel
• Any disputes or conflicts arising between users during social gatherings
• Any psychological, emotional, or physical harm that may occur during or after using RiggedWheel
• Any property damage that may occur during the use of RiggedWheel
• Any content accessed through RiggedWheel

Limitation of Liability

By using RiggedWheel, you acknowledge that any decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from your use of the Website are solely your responsibility. RiggedWheel is not responsible for how you or your friends interpret or act upon the results generated by our service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RiggedWheel and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of RiggedWheel, your violation of these Terms of Service, or any disputes or conflicts that arise between you and other individuals during or after using RiggedWheel.

Cancellation and Subscription Termination

You may cancel your Premium or Boss Monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops all future renewals; you keep access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no need to provide a reason.

To cancel, use either of the following methods:

• Email hello@riggedwheel.com from the address you used to subscribe and ask us to cancel. We process cancellation requests within two business days and confirm by email.
• Open the Stripe billing portal link included in your subscription receipt email (sent by Stripe at the time of purchase) and click "Cancel plan". The link is unique to your subscription and gives you self-service control over billing without creating an account on our side.

Once cancelled, you will not be charged again. If a renewal charge occurs after a valid cancellation request, contact us at hello@riggedwheel.com and we will reverse it. This cancellation procedure is offered in accordance with EU consumer law (including art. 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code where applicable) and the payment-network rules of Stripe, Visa, and Mastercard.

Refund Policy

Since the Website offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge before buying any product on the Website.
